My personal belief is we all have times in our lives when life has either lost it's joy, the stress is unbearable, we are experiencing grief or tragedy, have become stuck or stumbling with addictions, dealing with a separation or divorce, struggling with problem children or adolescent, overwhelmed with financial struggles, or we are just stuck in a rut. Therapy helps you find your way to the life you want for yourself and your family.

Helping Heart Counseling & Associates was created by Cynthia H. Gamble in May 2001 during her last year in graduate school working on a Master's of Education Degree from Carson Newman College in Marriage and Family Therapy. Cynthia is licensed with the State of Tennessee and a Clinical Member of the AAMFT-American Association of Marriage & Family Therapist. Cynthia was approved in September 2013 for the status of an Approved AAMFT Supervisor. Cynthia sought out this status due to her continued commitment to improve and expand the profession of counseling. Cynthia is now able to supervise graduates in Counseling Field as they work towards completing their requirments for their license with the State of Tennessee.
